Invoiced monthly or by project. Fixed-price projects are available by agreement.
Prices are in euros (EUR). VAT is added to the prices when applicable.

Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy services or products from Devisoft Oy ("Devisoft", "we").
Services
For development and consulting work, the scope, price and schedule are agreed in writing before the work starts. That agreement has priority over these terms.
Payment
Work is invoiced monthly or by project. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Delivery
All services and products are digital. Work is delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping.
Acceptable use
Do not use our products for illegal activity, or try to get unauthorized access to our systems. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
Our products are supplied "as is". To the maximum extent that the law permits, our total liability is limited to the amount that you paid to us in the last 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence also apply.
Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel an ongoing project with 14 days written notice by email to mika@devisoft.fi, unless the project agreement specifies a different period. You pay only for the work done until the cancellation date.
Refunds
If you paid in advance for work that is not done, we refund the unused amount. Refunds for fixed-price projects are handled as agreed in the project agreement.
To ask for a refund, send an email to mika@devisoft.fi. We process approved refunds in 5 business days to the original payment method.
Privacy Policy

Devisoft Oy is the controller of your personal data. We process personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data that we collect
- Contact data: name, email address and company name.
- Billing data: billing address and payment history. Card data is processed by Stripe. We do not keep card numbers.
- Usage data: technical data that is necessary to operate our products.
Why we use the data
We use the data to supply our services and products, to send invoices, to give customer support and to obey legal obligations (for example, accounting law).
Third parties
We share data only with service providers that are necessary to operate our business, for example Stripe (payments) and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep personal data while you are a customer. We keep accounting records for the period that the law specifies.
Your rights
You have the right to see, correct and delete your personal data, and to object to its processing. Send an email to mika@devisoft.fi. You can also make a complaint to your national data protection authority.
